I just want to Shineby ~Schala-Kitty

This is an original character of mine, Asobi Nin.

He was supposed to be a magic using character, a sorcerer to be exact, and he was for a while. But when I came back to him after some time away, he became a kind of rocker character. So, I guess he's a magic user who moonlights as a rocker...

Once again, line art that was scanned and CGed in Photoshop. I still need to work on faces more... *sighs over lips and nose* but I'm happy with how his torso came out and his hair. As for his cross fetish... I'm not sure where he gets it either.

In case you're curious the tattoo says "Live in Infamy" going down and "Die in Sin" going across... I'm not entirely sure if he really adheres to that doctrine though....

Nice work with cheesy lighting effects.

I can never make them work the way I want.

I like the drastic shading. It works well with the feel of the piece. *nod* ^_^

Yes, the lighting is most super cheesy.

But it seemed to fit with him... Asobi can be cheesy too.

I'm tiring to get better on my CG skills and shading forms the basis for it. So thanks for the compliment on that. Though, admitingly, since the cheesy lighting came after I did most of the work I didn't take it into account properly...

looks nice except for the nose and lips as you stated. as well asthe tatto. something about it just doenst seem to blend right with the rest of the picture.

Yah, it's far to hard-lined in comparison to the rest of him. In my defense it was the first time I had CGed a tattoo... I got better on later peices. Hopefully I'll do another picture of Asobi that will really do him justice.
